Our three core company values are our knowledgeable team, providing excellent service to our customers, and driving innovation. Extensive knowledge of Wi-Fi networks, specifically Extreme products, is very important for us to offer our customers the best service and quality.
That’s our main reason to go for the certificates. Of course, the rebates are a nice bonus too. We also attach great value to vendor neutral certificates like CWNP. One of our colleagues is one of the 450 CWNEs worldwide.
There are only a few Diamond partners in Belgium. I think we are one of the smallest but also one of the best. We’re very proud of our status. This status assures new customers that we are a reliable partner of Extreme and we are working very closely with them. To achieve a Diamond status with a relatively small team like ours is simply amazing.
Extreme is the most important brand in our portfolio. We really like the ease of use, the quality of the products, and the management portal ExtremeCloud IQ. With XIQ we have a very powerful tool to manage all our customers and it gives us very good insights into our customer networks. The price- quality ratio is amazing. I think we can link 80% or more of our revenue to Extreme projects. So, as you can imagine, Extreme is very important to our business.
Our extensive knowledge and innovative products helped us grow our revenue so quickly. For example, by using Extreme APIs we’ve developed Wiflex, an easy and secure onboarding solutionfor visitors and employees. We use the PPSK feature and link it with a tablet registration solution for visitors or with Azure and Google Workspace to onboard employees. We are unique in the market with this solution and Wiflex has proven to be an USP for us in winning projects. Even other Extreme partners and customers use our Wiflex solution.
Our other competitive edge? We react quickly to the changing needs of the market. For example, the bracket for the AP305C was no longer available for a time, so we produced our own brackets. Some APs have delivery problems due to the lack of chips, so we take stock for our customers.
We started with Wi-Fi more than seven years ago and I think we only sold one project with a controller and all the rest of the projects were controllerless cloud-based solutions. The cloud solutions are just so easy to deploy and maintain. Extreme, and this goes back to Aerohive, knew this and therefore they are many years ahead of the competition.
We’re all passionate about Wi-Fi and share a common goal: delivering quality to our customers. Having our minds focused in the same direction makes us a truly awesome team. That and maybe our company trips and office pastimes like PlayStation or darts.
We really enjoy our jobs and we want to translate this joy into our marketing activities. For the UEFA EURO 2020 tournament, we personalized the official ball with our logo and sent it over to our customers. The whole team (especially our colleague, Hans Matthé) had a lot of fun making the promotional videos. The customers really appreciated the gift.
For Complit that would be the Colruyt deal. Colruyt is one of the biggest retailers in Belgium, maybe even in Europe. It’s very cool to see how happy they are working with a smaller company like ours.
As for Wiflex, we signed our first university in the U.S. a month ago. The university also uses Extreme solutions. I really enjoy it when an organization so far away from us is using the software we are developing. It means it’s proven.
Our dream customer is a big company that trusts us 100% and chooses our Wireless-as-a-Service solution. They will pay a fixed fee per access point every month and we do everything, and I mean everything, for their Wi-Fi network. Site survey, configuration, validation survey, monitoring, troubleshooting etc., it’s all included in the price.
And of course, they also use our Wiflex solution to onboard their visitors and BYOD.
